Kuachua Brillion Xiong was detained and arrested by authorities on Dec. 21 2021 after a traffic stop revealed that he was apparently on his way to the White House to attempt to assassinate Joe Biden, Dr. Anthony Fauci, and others.

Authorities in Cass County, Iowa stopped 25-year-old Xiong in his car after they saw him driving dangerously on the I-80. They noticed that Xiong had a rifle, ammunition, body armor, medical supplies and a grappling hook in the car with him. They also found a stash of money in his car which was said to have been "earmarked for his funeral," according to the New York Post.

At the time, Xiong, a recently fired grocery store clerk from Merced, California, had the White House programmed into a GPS device in his vehicle, and had made a "hit list" by compiling videos from TikTok. Besides Biden and Fauci, Xiong had included the names of ex-presidents Barack Obama and Bill Clinton on the list, as well as that of social media mogul Mark Zuckerberg.

Xiong reportedly confessed immediately, speaking frankly about his intentions to police and willingly turning over his cellphone to them immediately.

He also told authorities that he had "found a weak spot" in the White House he had planned to exploit to gain entry and "combat evil demons," mentioned the criminal complaint.

Authorities appear to have no idea at the time what in particular made Xiong construct the list the way he did, or what his objections might actually be to Biden and others

"When concluding the interview, Xiong stated that nothing would stop him from carrying out his plan of gaining access to the White House and killing the persons on his 'hit list,'" the complaint stated.

"He added that if released from custody he would immediately resume traveling to the White House in Washington, DC and 'do whatever it takes to complete his plan,'" it continued.
